Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using AI Toolset (aitoolset.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. AI Toolset is operated by M² Design.

2. The Service

AI Toolset is a curated directory of AI tools updated weekly. We provide:

• Free access to tool listings, descriptions, and basic information
• Premium access (paid subscription) including full AI overviews, feature breakdowns, use cases, unlimited AI-powered comparisons, and a weekly newsletter

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free trial limitations.

4. Premium Subscription

• Price: $4.99 per month (introductory pricing, subject to change with 30 days notice)
• Free trial: 7 days. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.
• Billing: Monthly, automatically renewed. Payments processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation: Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you are unsatisfied. Contact [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download the directory content without written permission
• Share your premium account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers

6. Content and Accuracy

Tool overviews and comparisons are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any tool information.

We are not affiliated with any of the AI tools listed unless explicitly stated. Tool listings do not constitute endorsements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AI Toolset — including AI-generated overviews, UI design, and code — is the property of M² Design. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our content without written permission.

Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Toolset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. M² Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on tool overviews or comparisons.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify premium subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
